For the sauce:
• ¼ cup no-fat plain yogurt
• ¼ cup low-fat mayonnaise
• 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
• 2 scallions, thinly sliced
• 1 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
• Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
